Very good BYOB curry house. Great off license opposite. The large peshwari naan was delicious, sweet (maybe honey on top?!) and big enough for 3 people. My paneer tikka masala was very tomatoey, not the best I’ve had but I have very high standards! The butter chicken, paneer madras and chicken and spinach were all delicious. Poppadoms really fresh and loved the gravy boat of mint sauce. Highly recommend! Very reasonably priced too

I was visiting Birmingham this week, and my mates and I decided to go out for a meal. This was the perfect spot. The food was delectable and plenty—I got a Balti butter chicken with pilau rice that filled me up and the regular naan was the size of my head!! All of it tasted fantastic! Really good time, big portions, fair prices and attentive service. It was a bit loud and the lighting was dim, but that wasn’t too much of a bother. 5 stars!

We ate here last night with family. I have to say that the service was fantastic. It was prompt, professional and polite. The staff were excellent. As for the food, well that was just what we craved. Tasty, well presented and an excellent standard. We have lost our usual Balti house on Stoney Lane and will make Akrams our go to when we are next in Brum.

Great food and good atmosphere. A well run family business. The quality and palate of food is really good. A gem in the heart of Stirchley village that you would not hit a miss attending! The food portions were generous, the staff were very attentive to our needs and they asked us repeatedly if we needed anything. I recommend the Butter chicken dish for the little one and their Keema dishes for the adults. But in all good experience...

Excellent balti house. They do all the basics really really well and stick to it. Great food, with good choice on the menu. Good value for money and great service. Nothing trendy or quirky, and no alcohol just BYOB. They just do the food really well and that is just the ticket for me.
